RUST UGH!

We all fear it because it destroys one of our biggest investments. Body, frame, everything.

There are solutions and answers to it.
First is prevention. Rustproofing is one way, but it can't stop everything. Second is locating it. Everything that is not protected is rusting right now. Third is protection. You have to protect that metal. A light coat or covering of oil is the best. Rustproofing is good, but oil soaks into the pours of the metal.
Once you do find damaged metal, you have to get it fixed. Many shops don't want to mess with rust repair, body or frame. It's a dirty job, but it has to be done. Nothing is worse than having a decent running vehicle, but finding out that there is severe rust damage that makes it unsafe to drive.
